1. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally capable of entering contracts and provide accurate registration details.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. Services, Subscriptions, and Credits

We may modify, improve, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices, feature limits, and included usage may change prospectively with notice where required.

Credits are limited-use digital units for eligible Services. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and non-redeemable except where required by law.

3. Payments and Taxes

You authorize us and our payment processors (including Dodo Payments or its affiliates) to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, and applicable charges.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges except taxes based on our net income.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Uploading or generating unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or security bypass.
• Using automated means to disrupt the platform or exceed permitted limits.

5. Intellectual Property

Social Shifu and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, trademarks, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You retain rights in your content as provided by applicable law. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party tools, providers, or links. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, policies, or performance.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Shifu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 3 months before the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Shifu, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for legal, security, abuse, payment, or policy reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
