This Refund Policy applies to paid Services purchased from Social Shifu. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to this policy along with our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Eligibility: Main Rule

Payments are generally non-refundable unless these terms or applicable law provide otherwise. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase only if no Credits have been used.

Eligible refunds apply to initial purchases only. Subscription renewals are not refundable under this refund provision.

Service Fee (up to 6%)

Where permitted by law, approved refunds may be subject to a service fee not exceeding 6% of the initial purchase amount.

Credits and Refunds

If you use any Credits, you generally will not qualify for the 7-day initial purchase refund.

Credits have no cash value and are generally non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

If your account is canceled or Services are discontinued, unused purchased Credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests to official.madhavendra@gmail.com from your registered email and include purchase details so we can verify eligibility.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary by payment provider and banking network.

Chargebacks and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds, suspend access, or recover losses in cases of abuse, fraud, policy evasion, or violation of our Terms.
